eBay Listings, Supplier Reconciliation & Daily Operations Support

We are seeking a reliable freelancer to assist with the following tasks:

Create and update eBay listings using our provided templates and ChatGPT account.

Reconcile supplier invoices and place daily orders to maintain stock levels.

Reconcile product data (costs, SKUs, descriptions) between eBay and QuickBooks.

Monitor active eBay listings to ensure pricing remains competitive.

Continuously review and improve eBay listings and suggest strategies to boost sales.

Requirements:

Experience with eBay listing management.

Familiarity with QuickBooks accounting software (preferred).

High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

Ability to work independently and follow structured processes.

Strong written English skills to enhance product listings.

Must be available online daily between 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM AEST to handle time-sensitive tasks.

Tools Provided:

ChatGPT account access.

eBay listing templates.

Ongoing work available for the right candidate who delivers quality, consistency, and improvements.
