I'm seeking a reliable and detail-oriented virtual assistant for my eBay dropshipping business. The primary focus of this role will be on order fulfillment, but the job also includes customer service, tracking updates, and monitoring stock and prices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Fulfillment: This is the highest priority task. Timeliness and accuracy are crucial.
- Customer Service: Responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and friendly manner.
- Tracking Updates: Keeping customers informed about their order status.
- Monitoring Stock/Prices: Ensuring our inventory is well-stocked and our prices are competitive.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Intermediate level experience with eBay is required.
- Extensive experience with both Amazon and AutoDS is essential.
- Previous experience in eBay dropshipping is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
