E-commerce Product Sourcing Specialist Needed

We are a dynamic digital marketing company specializing in e-commerce, based in the UK. We are looking to partner with a skilled product sourcing expert to help us expand our product range and optimize our presence on major e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, and eBay.
Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for selecting the right products, assisting with wholesale and distribution into the UK and European markets, and collaborating with our digital marketing agency to set up and manage our online stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing high-quality products: You'll be responsible for finding products that align with my brand and values. This can be across a wide range of categories, so a broad understanding of different markets and products is crucial. (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Merchant Word, Keepa).
- Negotiating with suppliers: You will be responsible for fostering relationships with suppliers, negotiating prices, and ensuring that the products meet quality standards.
- Ensuring timely delivery: You must ensure that the products are delivered on time and in good condition.
- Product sourcing through platforms like Alibaba, AliExpress, and Thomas Net.
- Ensuring compliance with import regulations and safety standards.
- Managing wholesale and distribution logistics for the UK and Europe.
Competitor research and analysis using tools like Jungle Scout and Helium 10.
Prior experience
in e-commerce product sourcing is necessary. Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, eBay, and Etsy is a plus.
