Revive eBay Seller Account

I purchased a brand new iPhone on ebay and i received a old used model, so ebay told me to send it back for a refund, and when the seller received it (important to say the seller was a brand new seller with 0 feedback) i then received the following email and my account got permanent closed.

"Activity on your account didn't follow our Abusive buyer policy. Buyers may not misuse feedback, returns, buyer protection programmes, or payment dispute process.

What activity didn't follow the policy

- Using or damaging item and then returning them.
- Filing excessive returns claiming the item is not as described when the seller described it accuratley.

How this afects your account

- Your eBay account has been suspended,
- All your listings have been ended".

Can someone or maybe a insider get me the account sorted please?
