Product Manager for Marketplace Requirements
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am launching a Marketplace in a month or two with our own differentiator. I want someone to see competition (5 sites) and see our own differentiator and then come up with requirements document for our developers to develop. You would be looking at:
1) Amazon Marketplace
2) eBay Marketplace
3) OfferUp
4)OLX
5) Facebook Marketplace
These requirements will be addressed:
1) What category of products we should launch with? We will launch with 5 only.
2) End to End ease in purchase & sell - If our flow to upload a deal to sell and to purchase is better/easiest or not. What and how should be it.
3) What shall we do when seller is not local (or in nearby areas) while we want buyer to meet a seller?
