Multi-Marketplace Account Management Specialist

I'm in need of an experienced account manager. The main focus areas will be Wayfair, Overstock, Etsy, Walmart and eBay. My primary goals for this project are to increase sales, enhance customer satisfaction and optimize product listings across these marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for managing seller accounts on Wayfair, Overstock, Etsy, Walmart and eBay
- Implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction and optimize product listings
- Regularly report on performance metrics
- Ensure customer queries are addressed promptly and professionally
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as an account manager on Wayfair, Overstock, Etsy, Walmart and eBay
- Demonstrated success in increasing sales, improving customer satisfaction and optimizing product listings
- Strong communication skills, with a preference for email and phone communication
- Excellent knowledge of e-commerce platforms, marketing strategies and customer service
- Ability to analyze performance data and make data-driven decisions
- Proven track record of successful project management
