Multi-Channel E-commerce Manager (Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Facebook/Instagram – UK Market, FBM & Drop-Shipping)
About the Role:
An established UK-focused pet store is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable e-commerce manager to oversee multi-channel operations across Shopify, Amazon UK, eBay UK, and Facebook/Instagram Shops. This role involves inventory synchronization, order processing, customer support, and performance reporting, with a focus on the UK drop-shipping and FBM model.
Responsibilities:
Inventory & Listings Management
Use multi-channel tools (e.g., Codisto, ChannelGrabber) to bulk upload and sync supplier products.
Update product details, pricing, and stock via CSV/API from both drop-shipping and in-house sources.
Ensure real-time inventory accuracy across all platforms.
Order Processing
Manage daily order processing across all channels using the FBM model.
Manually place orders with drop-shipping suppliers when needed.
Book courier services (e.g., Evri) for in-house orders.
Track and update customers on shipping status.
Customer Support
Respond to customer inquiries across platforms.
Handle refunds, returns, and delivery issues professionally and promptly.
Reporting & Coordination
Generate weekly sales and inventory reports.
Coordinate stock levels using POS systems and multi-channel tools.
Required Skills:
Experience with Shopify, Amazon UK, eBay UK, and Facebook/Instagram Shops.
Solid understanding of FBM processes and UK drop-shipping workflows.
Familiarity with CSV/API-based inventory updates.
Knowledge of UK courier services (e.g., Evri).
Strong command of written English and customer support communication.
Experience with tools like Codisto, ChannelGrabber, or similar.
Preferred Experience:
Prior work with UK-based e-commerce stores.
