Maropost Commerce Sync API to Retail Express and eBay Store Setup
Budget: $750 – $1,500 AUD
We are from Sydney Australia.
We are using REX ( Retail Express ) as our POS system across multiple outlets with different names, and we want to use Neto (Maropost eCommerce) to take our store online on multiple platforms, including our own Website, eBay and Catch.com.au.
We require Inventory Integration between both platforms. Below are our requirements ;
1. Existing Inventory Sync :
* All existing products on REX to sync with Neto including, Product ID, Supplier, Supplier SKU 1, Supplier SKU 2, Attributes, Category, Image, Cost and Sale Pricing and Qty Etc.
* Sync Existing Supplier from Rex to Neto
2. Ongoing Changes Sync ( From REX to Neto )
* Changes in the Quantity of Any Product on Rex POS should be synced back to Neto. Changes can be in terms of Sales, Transfer of stock to another Outlet, or Refund of stock as in Faulty or Saleable Stock.
* Any Manual edit in qty in Rex should be synced in Neto.
* Received stock via Purchase Order Products Qty should be synced in Neto.
* New Prodcut Created in Rex should be synced to Neto (OneTime Only)
Please Note that we will be syncing only qty and new products created in REX , We will not be syncing any ongoing changes in Product Names, Categories, attributes, Images etc.
3. Ongoing Changes Sync : ( From Neto to REX)
* New Image or Change of Image ( REX Accept only 1, so the first image of product sync)
* Any Changes including, Product ID, Supplier, Supplier SKU 1, Supplier SKU 2, Attributes, Category, Image, Cost and Sale Pricing, Descriptions, weight, dimensions and Qty Etc.
* Any Changes in Qty through any add-on sales channels or manual edit qty should be synced back to Rex
4. Neto will have Products with Variants, make sure it doesn't conflit with REX as REX doesn't support variants. So make sure they shows separately on rex ( or whatever your experience suggests how to show them )
5. Neto supports Serialization, but REX doesn't, so please take note and sync products accordingly to avoid any conflicts.
6. Product will be synced vise versa and will be created on both platforms, so please make sure the Product ID doesn't get conflict.

7. After this integration is done, We need to integrate neto store with eBay AU store, Setup Shipping Policies, Setup Payment methods for website and eBay or any other things which will make it up and running on eBay.
8. Need to make an attractive email template, or make eBay store looks like a website .
9. Lastly, We need to setup payment option, shipping rules etc on our domain website.
