Lightspeed Integration API - ebay, Amazon, Walmart, etc

I am in need of a professional to resolve the following:
- Set-up API for Lightspeed POS (must have experience working with Lightspeed and know how to request API access correctly and handle all communication to get this resolved in a timely manner)
- Must have UI that is user friendly and can easily be taught and managed for our team as it relates to daily work flow - needs to be simple - (Our goal is to simply load LS and the program you offer should auto list to ebay, Amazon, Walmart - project can be broken down per ecom site but please note all are required in the end and all should be linked together - meaning no matter where a product is sold in store, ebay, amazon, walmart, etc. - Item's inventory count should be updated within 30 secs) -
- We want a a buffer rule that limits items available on ecom sites ( for instance if we have quantity of 10 of a specific item we want it to only list 9) - (we also want a buffer exception rule - where we can select specific products that we only have one of - this will allow products that we only have one of to be listed and for us to be certain and check that it is indeed in our warehouse)
- We need this done within two weeks. We are looking to go 100% live by end of JULY - tests should be done to ensure rules and inventory controls are working correctly.
