Fix eBay Mc011 Restriction

Hi, I am looking for an expert to solve MC011 case. I got MC011 restriction case (3 days running) I have sold $8000+ on my eBay store and payout money many times to my bank.
I already applied for an appeal by uploading my necessary documents.
Today I got an update from eBay that they asking for proof of the tracking number that my item was delivered and my customers received it. and they send a link to upload the tracking number of each sold listing "http://pages.ebay.com/help/pay/upload-tracking.html"
I have the tracking number of each order. But all tracking numbers of couriers are not USP, USPS, or other couriers that eBay has partnerships with. My order some tracking numbers couriers do not partner with eBay. So in my sold order I put another courier like "China Post" because I send all item from China. ( I also have feedback from customers and chat in eBay inbox that they got the item.
I checked to upload all sold listing tracking and there I do not find the option to upload the tracking number as like the document upload option.
Now what should we do to solve it?
