I need to sell online on eBay , I need someone who has past experience selling on eBay in a professional way, not personal selling

I need help in these areas ( shipping issue , know how to raise and overcome the selling limits , payment issues , explain ebay fees )

I had the opportunity to sell to someone but the customer failed to pay

someone from Egypt is highly preferred
