Ebay account creation

I am looking for someone to help me set up an eBay account. I do not currently have an existing eBay account, and I need someone to assist me in creating one. I would like to accept payments from both PayPal and credit cards, as well as accept wire transfers through PayPal. The items I will be selling are used items. I need someone with experience in eBay account creation in order to ensure the job is done properly. Please let me know if you can help me out. Thank you!
