Ebay or Shopify from Product research to Selling

I am searching for someone on behalf of a colleague who is interested in starting a dropshipping business and requires someone who is able to do intense product search/analysis and also find good suppliers who can work with dropshipping method. Thats the main task and i require someone who focuses on ebay and also can cover shopify as well. The main platform required to work on is ebay initially and if everything works well then move onto shopify store. Product listing is key with description, getting high quality pictures, branding the store and not focusing on general store or general products.
