Ebay Draft Listing Template Project

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me create a custom listing template for my eBay store.
Objective: We want to develop an excel spreadsheet template that we will use to bulk list new inventory in eBay in DRAFT mode. (header field name = ‘Action’, value = ‘Draft’). We require additional header fields than those contained on Ebays Draft Listing Template. We know this is a very simple project, but we don’t have the time and patience to work on this project.
