EBAY Store Manager (Listing, Fulfillment, Marketing)

I sell lots of items on Ebay and am looking for an assistant to handle listing my items.

I picture the items
Send the basic details of the items or lot (What it is, weight, etc)
Tell you if I want Auction or Buy it Now

I need somebody who is familiar with eBay to create the listing.
You will need to write the title and basic description
Upload and possibly edit and enhance the photos
Be able to market through ebay
You will need to find previously sold items and make sure you are listing in the correct category and in some cases you will determine the Buy It Now price if I haven't provided that. With auctions, I will tell you the starting price and duration.

Some items I will just send the item with photos and I need someone who can decide the best way to list it by looking a previous sales.

This can be an ongoing project if you do a good job.
As of now, I have items waiting to be listed and I will have more items every day.

I am looking for someone with experience listing on ebay.

Please let me know your experience and understanding of ebay, when you are available to start and how much time you have available in the next week or two.
Also, please mention what you will charge per listing. Listings typically take 5-10 minutes if research is involved. Listing of a simple item is usually done in under 5 minutes.

I am willing to pay somebody what they are worth.

This should be a very easy project for someone who know what they are doing
