EBAY AND ETSY ADVERTISING

I have about 100 art prints on ETSY and 100 on EBAY. I have been on both sites about 2 months. I have sold none on ETSY and 11 on EBAY so far. I would like to hire someone short term to try some advertising or promotion. If sales take off, i will be glad to spend more.... no problem.
I want the job to start out short term initially and then potentially grow.
