Create eBay Listings from scraped Excel Product Data

I'm looking for a freelancer who can create engaging eBay listings for home and bathroom faucets using an Excel spreadsheet filled with product data.
I need eBay listings made from spreadsheet that was created from scraped product data. The data includes product images and pdfs of the product specifications ( dimensions , etc )
Most information is present on the spreadsheet but will require work to extract some of the data needed for the item specifics needed on eBay . The title will need to be truncated for ebay and Keywords to be created. I am looking for a very experienced person with eBay listing and excel knowledge. 1500 items to be created from the data
