Api Developer to set up eBay api with supplier api to manage inventory

I am looking to set up a program that will manage ebay inventory based on rules like taking an item out of stock if supplier reports less than 10 in the warehouse. I would like to achieve this with api from my supplier. I may look to expand to further development in the future.
