eBay Virtual Assistant – Commission-Based Role
I’m looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help build and manage my eBay store, focusing on high-ticket products and strategies to avoid unnecessary eBay insertion fees.
Job Responsibilities
* Research and list profitable, high-price products with strong demand.
* Avoid eBay insertion fees by using the monthly free listing allowance and smart relisting strategies.
* Prevent unnecessary extra costs (e.g., listing fees, return shipping) whenever possible.
* Purchase sold items and arrange prompt delivery to buyers.
* Follow up on completed orders and encourage customer reviews.
* Respond to customer messages professionally and promptly.
* Handle returns or resolve order issues without putting the store at a loss.
* Take responsibility for mistakes if they occur.
* Ensure all transactions are completed and payments are received.
Goal
Help a single store reach a net profit of $1,000/month within 6 months.
Compensation (Commission-Based)
* First 3 months: 50% of net profit.
* After 3 months: 35% of net profit.
Cost Deductions Must Include:
* eBay fees
* Drop-shipping tool/tracking fees
* Amazon Prime or other shipping subscription fees
* Any shipping costs
* Any insertion fees (although these are not expected)
All calculations will be tracked on a monthly profit/loss template.
Payment Terms
* Commission is paid once per month.
* Payment will be made within 7 days after the monthly report is submitted and approved.
Important Notes
* Rewards, gift cards, or refund amounts are NOT counted as usable income.
* All refunds must be returned to the original payment method.
* Refunds and related fees must be recorded as negative transactions reflecting a loss.
