dynamics 365 business central on premise (Dynamics NAV) Audit and support

We deployed the ERP system in our pharmacy with a Microsoft partner and we want to review it (IT audit) because we feel we still have some issues and logic problems between Modules(Sales, Finance, insurance, etc).

So we need an expert in this ERP system to help us solve these issues(especially in finance) and guide us on how to use it properly.
