Modify a report query in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central

I have a custom report in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central. Following a recent update, Microsoft replaced the "Cross Reference" table (5717) with the "Item Reference" table (5777).
We would need to modify the code (in Microsoft Visual Studio Code) and redeploy. The actual report file probably doesn't need to be updated.

I am looking for someone to do this small modification, and who would be available for other similar developments in the future.

I will provide the existing source code.
