My company plans to set up a Microsoft dynamics ERP. For this reason I am looki g for an expert that can set this up for us and also train an internal developer on the system. According to predictions, 80% of you needs can be solved with standard features and the rest must be custom developed.
This is likely a 6 months to 1 year assignment with close to full time work requirement. After this, continuous lower time requirement maintainance and improvement will be required long term.
We have a team of 20 it professionals that help with coding and infrastructure. We just don't have dynamics experience.
