Microsoft Power Apps Custom Page help

I'm looking for someone to help me with creating a custom page in Microsoft Power Apps that meets my design requirements. The custom page needs to contain modern tab controls and should be called as a side dialogue in a app. No additional integration with other Microsoft services is required. I need help with the data input and storage, data visualization, and data manipulation and calculations. My design requirements are already established and I would like the custom page to be created in accordance with them.
