- Ensure a seamless integration that allows for easy customization and scaling.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and its integration capabilities.
- Proficiency in WhatsApp Business API and its usage for marketing purposes.
- Strong understanding of implementing message sending systems.
- Prior experience with media messaging in WhatsApp is highly preferred.
