D365 Integrated Enquiry Template Development

We are the UK’s leading distributor of packaging materials, in the process of updating some of our key systems.
We currently use a comprehensive quote system which I am looking to migrate onto a power app / power platform basis that integrates with D365.
The quote template has different stages to it, starting with entering full details about products – ideally the details that are required against each product should be driven from its product group categories in D365.
The template then needs to request quotes from our supply base (we specify the suppliers that need consulting), and once these quotes are returned, it needs to offer an interface for us to consider costs to our end users.
The last step is that it needs to be able to output a quote to our customer.
The existence of the quote need to be visible in D365’s CE module, and access to the quote and its contents easily accessible from the CE module.
Ideally, I'm scouting for a freelancer with significant experience in template design and D365 system integration. An understanding of the packaging industry would be a bonus.
You will need to discuss this in depth with me before you will be able to provide a price.
