Required following resources Technical/Functional with Engineering Degree//ICAI + MBA and 8-10 years experience with experience of completing 8-10 end to end projects in following areas

MS Dynamics 365 Finance , Supply Chain Management- Sales, Purchase, Manufacturing, Warehouse/Inventory management, Service Management, Retail/ commerce, Human Resource, Project Operations

MS Dynamics 365 CE - Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Customer Insights

Power Platform - Power Apps, Power Automate, Data verse, Copilot Studio, Power Pages, Power BI

- Proven track record in system setup and optimization
- Strong focus on customer experience enhancement
- Ability to provide comprehensive training and documentation

Ideal Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules
- Experience in process improvement and data management
- Excellent communication skills
- Certification in Dynamics 365 is a must
