Dynamics 365 Customization, Development and Training

We need a qualified Dynamics 365 expert to provide customization, development, and training services for our current Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) plan.

Project Scope:
Customization and Development:
We require customization and development services to enhance our Dynamics 365 CE instance to meet our specific business needs.
This may include, but is not limited to:
- Custom fields and entities
- Workflows and automation
- Dashboards and reports
- Integration with other systems

Training:
We require training for our end-users on the customized Dynamics 365 CE functionalities.
Training should be tailored to different user roles and experience levels.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Plan

Deliverables:
Fully functional and tested customized Dynamics 365 CE instance
Comprehensive training materials for end-users
User guides and documentation for ongoing maintenance

Vendor Requirements:
Proven experience in customizing and developing Dynamics 365 CE solutions
Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Common Data Service) would be a plus
Ability to deliver user-friendly training programs
Strong communication and project management skills
