Develop workflows and reports in Dynamics NAV 2018

We are implementing Microsoft Dynamics 2018 version Finance and Operation.
(1) Currently, we built an interface of customers, items, so headers and so lines from an external system using a configuration package.
We want to fully automate these interfaces.
(2) We want to develop some key reports (maybe 3 to 5 reports) such as customer invoices,
