Dutch e-mail customer service

We operate a small ecommerce site. We are looking for a Dutch speaking freelancer who can reply to customer's questions. The questions are typically:
"Where is my order?" And then you reply with a tracking number that's on our system.
"I have received a damaged order" And then you reply with preset instructions on what they have to do.
It's not a difficult job, all you need is a computer and internet. I takes less than one hour per day and can be done at your own pace and time. There's no pressure.
