Translate English to Dutch

I need to translate a couple of psychological questionnaires from English to Dutch. The translation should be done by a Dutch native speaker with a degree allowing to translate from English to Dutch.

This task regards psychological tools used for academic purposes and will be later retranslated to English for validation. In total there's 746 words to be translated.
