Find the Dutch version of questionaire State Self-Control Capacity Scale (SSCCS)

I need to find the Dutch version of questionaire State Self-Control Capacity Scale (SSCCS) together with terms of its use (whether it can be used freely etc.). It is a tool used by psychologists to measure self-control/ego depletion/willpower. The Dutch version should be validated. I am NOT looking for somebody, who will translate the questionaire from the English version. I need somebody, who finds the existing one together with a source and validation study.
