Dutch-Speaking Lead Manager and Caller
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am in need of a proficient Dutch and English speaker to manage my leads and perform first time calls.
Responsibilities include:
- Making about 30 calls per day
- Document client requests in our CRM
- One follow-up per lead
A successful freelancer should ideally:
- Be bilingual, fluent in both Dutch (Netherlands) and English
- Be able to extract and understand client requirements effectively on the first call
- Document a comprehensive summary of each call in the CRM
This project will be paid monthly. With these requirements, the ideal freelancer should be someone who is organized, pays great attention to details, has excellent customer service skills, and is dedicated.
