Dutch Customer Service & Translation Support

We are seeking a team of 1-5 highly skilled Dutch-speaking customer service representatives proficient in handling inbound and outbound calls. Ideal candidates should be prepared for international travel, eager to join our diverse team, and enthusiastic about experiencing different cultures. This role offers opportunities to work abroad as a customer service representative with all travel, living expenses, and visa requirements covered.

Key Tasks:
- Answering incoming calls in a polite and professional manner
- Making outgoing calls to assist with customer inquiries or complaints
- Efficiently resolving customer complaints
- Translation support for any emails that need to be answered in Dutch

Ideal Skills:
- Native or fluent Dutch speaker with excellent communication skills
- Ability to effectively handle and resolve customer complaints
- Excellent telephone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills
