three.js web page

i need a test web app with 1 function only, following exactly some samples in attachment with 2 button:
- upload given 3D objects from web host ( using glb file)
- upload .png transparrent image from user's device, cover image on 3D object.
After uploading user can use mouse to move the design over the model, resize it by grabbing the conner, rotate the model as a whole
We will test you work by replacing with my given 3D objects and images. if it shows the same effect then it's ok. the page should be compatible with my blank wordpress site.
