three.js project

i need a test web app with 1 function only, following exactly some samples in attachment: load 3D object from web app ( using glb file), upload .png transparrent image from user's device, cover image on 3D object. We will test you work by replacing with my given 3D objects and images. if it shows the same effect then it's ok. the page should be compatible with my php site. then put that feature into a wordpress test site.
