Trucking Dispatcher

We are seeking 3 experienced and motivated Trucking Dispatchers to join our team. As a Trucking Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the efficient movement of our fleets to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
-Efficiently schedule and dispatch drivers to maximize delivery productivity while adhering to applicable regulations and company policies.
-Monitor and track the status of shipments, ensuring on-time arrivals and prompt communication with drivers and customers.
-Handle any route deviations, disruptions, or emergencies effectively to minimize delays and optimize delivery routes.
-Communicate effectively with drivers to provide clear instructions and maintain constant updates on load assignments.
-Collaborate with the operations team to address any issues or challenges related to trucking logistics.
-Maintain accurate records of shipments, delivery details, and driver activities using our dispatching system.
-Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills and adaptability to resolve issues that arise during the delivery process.
-Prioritize safety and compliance in all dispatching decisions and interactions with drivers.
-Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries and concerns related to delivery status and other related matters.
-Utilize your experience in trucking logistics to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective solutions.
Requirements:
-Proven experience as a Trucking Dispatcher or in a similar logistics coordination role.
-Extensive knowledge of trucking industry regulations, routes, and best practices.
Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with drivers, customers, and internal teams.
-Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.
-Proficient in using dispatching software and other relevant technology tools.
