I need an expert drupal developer

I have Drupal website . The issue is that The document uploaded my a member say PDF document is visible to other people also who has the url of that document. I want that the uploaded document should be visible for the logged in member or admin only not for everyone.APPLY ONLY IF YOU HAVE UNDERSTOOD THE REQUIRMENTS AND HAVE DONE IN THE PAST.ALSO I NEED IT TONIGHT
