GA4 configuration in DRUPAL 7

I am looking for a Drupal 7 developer who can support / lead for how to configure GTM correctly so that GA4 with advanced tracking capabilities, including custom dimensions and enhanced ecommerce functionality can work.
Requirements:
- Experience in developing Drupal 7 modules
- Strong understanding of GA4 tracking and its features
- Ability to integrate the GA4 module with other marketing platforms

The client already has existing GA4 tracking set up, but it can be replaced if needed. Therefore, the ideal candidate should be able to seamlessly integrate the new module with the existing tracking or replace it entirely.
No support will be needed after the module is implemented. The client is confident in managing any updates and changes themselves.
