drupal website module edit and duplicate

hello,
Recently our developer took off without handover, we have custom module with payment form, we have admin account on our drupal site, but we dont have an access to the server or ftp yet.
We want to make changes to the page or moudle, maybe duplicate it with our settings.
Again we dont have access to godaddy or for ftp everything should be amemded using the panel.
