drupal 8 to 10 update

I am looking for a freelancer who can update my Drupal 8 site to Drupal 10.
Or ideally Guide me through the process via online meeting(s)

Here are the details of my project:

Backup:
- I can create a backup of my current Drupal 8 site before the update.

Custom Modules/Themes:
- There are no custom modules or themes.

Deadline:
- I would like the update to be completed within 2-4 weeks.
