We prefer a fully staffed marketing team for our marketing and training requirement. We have a fully functional Mautic server with Matomo for tracking and Unomi customer data platform. we are new on all these platforms and need some guidance. While you are creating our marketing plan, you will be instructing us, guiding us it will be ongoing to continue the dynamic content you will create and actually use it to market to our clients as we keeep adding more steps to the process. For now only that. later it will be the email drip, social media, gmb and a whole lot of options. for and Drupal for front end. We need someone VERY familiar with DRUPAL AND MAUTIC integration so we can use dynamic content and dynamic pages to our visitors. On the first job we will create a landing page that will always change and update for the same visitors. and this will be our first requirement. YOU MUST ALREADY KNOW HOW TO CREATE DYANMIC LANDING PAGES IN DRUPAL THAT ARE UPDATED AND INTEGRATED IN THE MATIC SERVER. to teach us how to do the dynamic content for our new website. The requirement is for you to creatae 3 actual landing pages to start the job but we do need the complete marketing campaign worked on.
-Drupal site interfaced to exchange data with Mautic and Unomi will update the content based on the data from the api's and their personal marketing plan they will be on.
-Multi step, email drip campaigns and txt campaigns combined for better results.
Squeeze pages for special one time promotions and lead magnets to grow our precense in our local "real estate area.
-Hyper-local marketing campagns that will establish our brand in a small area reducing costs to market all over.
