create 2 drupal content type for my drupal website

I need I need somebody to create two content types for me.
1. An item review content type
2. Link directory content type.
For the Item review content type: Should be made of sections that repeat multiple times, like the unlimited fields. And each section should contain:
- Clickable Header
- Clickable image
- Description
- Pros and cons
- Call to action links with text
See attachment of example content for the item review content type. The sections have all the fields listed above except the pros and cons.
For the link directory content type: it should be like: https://marktplaats.startpagina.nl
