build website on Drupal

hi

1: i will provide theme, you need to install with demo (http://pivot.symphonythemes.net/home-education)
2: admin will upload contents (Text, PDF, images etc.)
3: admin will create/edit/view/delete users
3.1: upon user creation, user logins will get credentials on its email.
4: user will login on web and access the contents.
5: apply my colors on web(see attached pdf)
6: Just copy pages with default content and make links in menu.

Note:
do all work on my subdomain (neu.kabsev.de), and after done, move to live www.kabsev.de.
make website in german.
