D7 add 3 functionalities to existing site, this is a test searching for a long term Drupal expert

I'm searching for a Drupal 7 expert with more than 5 years experience, for adding 3 functionalities on my site. I have many other ideas for the future. This is why these tasks are test tasks to find a good developer that I can trust. Of course the expert should also know Javascript, and other web related technologies.
