I have a small business, but the website is large, 15 years mature, with 20 online courses, Content Access, Customer Accounts, blog, forum, Events module, New Content module, DRUPAL Commerce, Paypal, etc.
Developer A rebuilt it on DRUPAL8 Jan 2020 then 2 years later had a mental breakdown. When Developer B took over he found that Dev A had built it on too much custom code, hidden code, confusing layers (to prevent others from working on it.)
Now Dev B is frustrated and stuck and is simply not getting any work done, and now not communicating. I must find someone else, as my google rankings are suffering from broken links that should be a simple fix, but apparently are not.
I need a new long-term developer/problem-solver to fix the issues and maintain the site. Grandmaster preferred.
