Update Drupal 8.9.2 to latest Drupal 9

Hi all, I'm looking for someone who can update our website to use the latest, greatest version of Drupal that's available and give the Composer file a clean up (as some modules have been installed using the web interface).
We are a big user of the webforms module, so that transitioning smoothly is my biggest concern. Site is hosted on Lightsail and SSH & Plesk hosting access are available if required.
