I require a Bootstrap 4 Drupal 9 expert to help we remove a random tooltip that appear to randomly
This new tooltip overwrites the original BS4 tooltip and replaces all hover items with this new tooltip.
I will even tooltip the default image and menu item from browser and also breaks my megamenu that uses tooltips.
