Redesign website in Drupal 10

I am looking for a skilled Drupal developer to redesign my website and migrate the existing content to Drupal 10. Here are the details of the project:

Current Website Platform: Drupal 7(please specify manually)

Specific Features:
- Content Migration: I need all the existing content from my current website to be migrated to the new Drupal 10 website.
** Need Online Mocktest Facility for Front end user, admin can download list of students in excel / csv format who used our Mocktest facility
** Site should be responsive on all browsers, mobiles / mobile friendly, tablets etc. and should not throw google core vital issues.

Theme and Design:
- I don't have a specific theme or design in mind, so I'm open to suggestions. However, I would like the new design to match my brand's style.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in Drupal 10 development and migration.
- Strong knowledge of user interface design and the ability to create a visually appealing website.
