Need a drupal module that adds another type of content type

I need a drupal module developed that will add a new content type for users to post.
The content type will be similar to an article, but instead of text it will be a collection of links. The content creator will need fields for adding links and organizing them via sub folders. Preferably the finished page can be exported as a bookmark package in html.
Preferably for Drupal version 9.4.1. But this can be discussed.
