Migrate Website from Drupal to Wordpress

I have a website that is running on Drupal 8 and needs to be moved to Wordpress.

The new wordpress site is already up and running and the theme is installed.

Current site https://www.advancedcpc.com
New site that data will be moved to https://dev.advancedcpc.com

Freelancer will be responsible for the following.

Create the same pages on the new site as the old
Move all text from old site to new site
Move all blog posts from old site to new ensuring that the URLs stay the same
Confirm all the current URLs are the same on the new site as the old
